Cancellation Policy

Due to the professional, customised, educational, and proprietary nature of IICI products, all purchases are final.

No cancellations will be accepted once the order has been confirmed and processed.

Refund Policy

IICI does not offer refunds on confirmed orders.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges will only be considered in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Incorrect product received
• Missing item in the package

Mandatory Proof Requirement

Customers must provide:

• Complete unboxing video
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• Order details or invoice

Claims without valid proof may not be accepted.

Reporting Timeline

Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or damaged products
• Customised or personalised products
• Digital or downloadable products
• Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

Exchange Approval

Replacement products will be dispatched only after verification and approval by the IICI team, subject to product availability.

IICI reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet policy conditions.
